Pre-Construction Design
An initial meeting is conducted between client and design head regarding the project design, preference and estimated budget .Further construction site is visited by our technical team to collect more data. Finally an initial design concept is developed and presented before client.
Design / Build
A contract agreement is made based on the modifications in the initial design which is in turn converted into a legal contract. Time schedule, technical specifications, mutually agreed rates and expected risks are mentioned clearly in our contract.
Construction Management
Instead of contract agreement client can alternatively choose construction management agreement in which they have an upper hand to monitor all the construction activities from beginning to end. Sole purpose is to control a project’s delivery time, rate and quality.
Construction Services
Services range from shop drawing preparations, cost estimation, getting local authorities’ approval, billing of projects based on IS and BBS preparation, project measurements, plot division to calculating initial estimate based on initial project design.
